This hotel is fantastic value for money! Its a little of the the city but its literally £5 in a taxi and takes 10 minutes max. The staff were very accommodating and the spa was lovely and incredibly well priced. We spent a whole say being massaged and spoilt and had lunch in the restaurant which gave surpisingly generous portions and was also really well priced. a fantastic hotel for a cheap but luxurious holiday!
The only downside is the Hotel is not in walking distance to the city centre but we knew this before we booked and like I said taxis are £5 and we didn't wait more than 10 minutes from calling one until they arrived to pick us up!

Liked the location, the room, the security and it was quiet.
Very disappointed that we were not notified that we had to clean the room, so we checked with the receptionist and asked could we borrow a brush and pan and cloth to wash dishes. We never received either items. Let guests know in advance that they need to clean the room and bring some cleaning facilities.

The hotel had great amenities like a sauna and a day spa. The location was also prime and easy to access. The rooms were quite large and well equipped; we had everything we needed.
The staff didn't seem to care much about hospitality. We weren't given a key to our room and had to wait outside for someone to let us in.

The apartments were decent and equipped for cooking. The location was well connected to the city center and there were some interesting spots nearby. The spa facilities, especially the sauna, were relaxing after a long day out.
The WiFi was weak and often erratic. The noise from traffic and people outside was disturbing at times.

The hotel had clean rooms and a nice bed, which made for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. I appreciated the fact that I could cook my own meals in the apartment. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation options.
